We specialize in training athletes between 11-18 years old, focusing on both skill development and athletic performance.
Yes! We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals to elite athletes aiming to compete at the highest level.

Our facility offers luxury training experiences, including a regulation-size backyard court, specialized strength and conditioning programs, nutrition coaching, recovery services, covert privacy and private transportation in our Escalade and Sprinter vans.

We are based in Woodland Hills, California, near Woodlake elementary, providing a high-end, exclusive training experience.

Training & Programs

What types of volleyball training do you offer?

We provide private lessons, small group training, team sessions, clinics, open gym access, and strength & conditioning programs tailored specifically for volleyball players.

Our skill training covers serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, attacking and defense, along with game IQ development and competitive live-play scenarios.

Yes! Our strength and conditioning program includes jump training, speed and agility drills, injury prevention exercises, and Vertimax workouts to enhance athletic performance.

We offer both options—you can book single sessions or purchase training packages for greater savings.

Yes! We offer video analysis, recruitment guidance, and exposure opportunities to help athletes get noticed by college scouts and coaches.

Yes! Teams can rent our court for practices, and we also provide customized team training sessions with our expert coaching staff.

Membership AND Pricing

How much does training cost?

Yes! We provide discounts for 5-pack and 10-pack training packages, allowing athletes to train consistently at a lower cost per session.

Yes! We allow first-time visitors to book a trial session to experience our training before committing to a membership or package.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

Yes! We offer transportation services in our blacked-out Escalade and Sprinter vans, available as a membership add-on or pay-as-you-go service.

Do you track athlete performance and progress?

Yes! We use fitness tracking technology, including wearable devices to monitor heart rate, vertical jump, agility, and overall workload.

Facility and Parental Involvement

Can parents stay and watch training?

Absolutely! We have a luxury outdoor lounge where parents can relax and observe training while enjoying food and beverage options.

Athletes should bring comfortable athletic wear, volleyball shoes, knee pads, a water bottle, and any personal training gear they use.

Yes! We host seasonal volleyball camps and specialty clinics for athletes looking to refine specific skills and gain extra court time.
